Melas Hotel Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were meticulously clean and detailed, and the lobby and restaurant terrace were simply amazing. The swimming pool with massage and Turkish bath was a real treat, and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff, especially the front desk manager Younis, was incredibly helpful. The only downside was the occasional view of the motorway, but it wasn't a big issue given the bright and comfortable room.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with easy access to everywhere. The staff are polite and helpful, and the spa and swimming pool are nice and clean. However, it is a bit challenging to cross the busy roads nearby, especially during peak times. The room service is excellent and the dining experience is amazing.
